entrance and roof terrace to the apartment. Note access is gained from a separate
entrance to the side of the property and not the main gate pictured above
(Centre). The apartment is laid out over two floors with entrance from
the ground floor with bedroom, gallery and main bathroom at first floor

is at the front of the main house with two windows overlooking the
front parterre garden.

The lounge area, with large cumfy sofa, arm chair
and old cinema chair, is accessed directly from the main ground floor
entrance off the rear courtyard.

The bathroom (ensuite) is modern and all
white. It contains a sink, toilet, bath, shower with heated towel rail.
On the wall is an old London street sign.
A second toilet and wash room is also available on the ground
floor.

The fully functional kitchen and dining area are
open plan. Dining is at an old french 'shabby chic' four
seater table. A welcome hamper will await you with the basics such
as milk & a few luxuries.

Transport Links &
Access:
- Kensal Green station (5 minutes
walk) provides access to the Bakerloo (Brown) Underground line
and the London Overground Service.These provide a short Journey
to Paddington and Euston mainline British Rail stations. You can also
easily and quickly get to Richmond and the famous Kew Gardens.
- Access to Heathrow is
simple via the Heathrow Express to/from Paddington Station then on
the Bakerloo line to/from Kensal Green. Or let us know and we can arrange
a local taxi firm to pick-up / drop-off (significantly cheaper than a black cab!)
- Access to the City of
London (The Square mile or financial district) is best via London
Overground to Euston and then a couple of stops on the Underground
Northern (Black) line.
- Access to Central London
(Oxford Street, Regent Street, Carnaby Street shopping areas) is
direct via the underground Bakerlook (Brown) line to Oxford Circus.
- The No. 18 bus stops
practically outside the house. This provides a service direct to
Euston, St. Pancras and Kings Cross via Baker Street (Sherlock
Holmes) passing Edgeware Road, Marylebone High Street and Regents Park

- Additional occupants (over
12 years old) are charged at £10 each per night
- We offer 10% discount
for bookings of more than seven days
- All bookings require a
£200 fully refundable deposit with respect to breakage and damage
Payment:
- 50% of total cost of let
due at time of booking to secure reservation
- Final payment plus
security deposit required seven days before arrival
- Payment methods: Cash,
Cheque, Bank Transfer, Paypal (plus 3.4% UK, 3.9% Non-UK
transaction fee)
- Cancellation must be
received in writing (email/fax/letter) at least 15 days prior to
arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received
more than one month before. After this no refund
is available due to short notice to re-let.
